Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has launched the BS6 avatar of its famous CBR650R in India. Honda has also launched the naked sibling of CBR650R named as CB650R Neo Sports Café in India for the first time. Booking for both the bikes are now open. And both the bikes will be sold across the country through the premium dealership chain of Honda – BigWing.

Engine
Both the bikes are powered by a 648.72cc 4 stroke, In-line 4 cylinder, DOHC, 16 valve motor. The engine produces a maximum power of 85.8Bhp @ 12000rpm and a peak torque of 57.5Nm @ 8500rpm.
Features
On the features front, both the bikes share almost the same features. The feature list include assist and slipper clutch, ESS (Emergency Stop Signal), HISS (Honda Ignition Security System), HSTC (Honda Selectable Torque Control), and Showa Separate Function-Big Piston (SSF-BP) USD forks. Both the bikes also get an all digital LCD instrument console, 310mm double disc at front and 240mm disc at rear, and they also get dual channel ABS.
Color Options
The 2021 CBR650R is available in 2 color options. One is Gran Prix Red and other is Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic.
The 2021 CB650R is also available in 2 color options. One is Candy Chromosphere Red and other is Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic.

Cost
The 2021 CBR650R is priced at 8.88 lakhs ex-showroom India. It is more than a lakh costlier than its BS4 avatar. And we think it is priced very steeply.
